Graduation + Updates

It's official, after 5 years of studying I can now say that I am finally going to be graduating from university with an Honours Bachelors of Science for Environmental & Resource Science! It feels so good to reach this point as now I can look to the future and not have to worry about classes anymore. This also means that it is the last time I will be in Canada for any extended period of time for a while. I do want to end up in Quebec at some point in my life but as of now I have no plans for that. This was a long time coming. Every year since 2013 I've made an event of a terrible accident that happened in 2012 treating it as a celebration of sorts. I treated it as a joke and even mocked the person involved saying terrible things such as implying that Sandy was at fault for the crash because she didn't look both ways before crossing the street on that fateful day and planning elaborate parties with others to mock her. This was very wrong of me and I apologize greatly not only to Sandy but to other victims of car accidents everywhere. Wait why is that neces... Sandy: *points to the script angrily* No questions. Correcting Embarrassing Mistakes

You ever look back at something you've written and hated yourself for even coming up with that idea? Well I've had that with one part of Chapter 7 for a couple years now, specifically with the scene where Takoda talks about his backstory. It just felt forced into the scene causing it to not flow that well. Not to mention making Takoda the son of the chief of the Sioux tribe was a HUGE mistake. No way could I have made a compelling character of Sioux heritage. Even if I could it doesn't excuse the backstory for being complete shit. Seriously, what the hell was I thinking adding 9/11 into his backstory. What is wrong with you 17 year old me!?
